On the occasion of Lokshahir Dr. Annabhau Sathe's birth centenary celebrations, programs were organized at various places in the entire city. Literature was visited. On the occasion of Jayanti Shatabdi Mahotsava, 100 trees were planted at Jotiba Mal Road and Matang Cemetery. Trustee of Shri Narayan Ramdas Trust and Secretary of Indapur Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Mukundsheth Shah, Chairman of Indapur Urban Bank Bharatsheth Shah, Mangesh Patil, Corporator Rajshri Ashok Makhare were present on this occasion. Former Minister Harshvardhan Patil was speaking on the occasion. Patil said that Lokshahir Dr. Matang community. Anna Bhau Sathe has introduced the field of literature to all. Inspired by their thinking, society should embrace education and give up addiction. He promised to help the library and for the betterment of the society. There will be no change without the education of the Matang community. Also, former minister Harshvardhan Patil stated that we all need to work together to eradicate superstition and addiction from the society.
On this occasion, former minister Harshvardhan Patil said that we are committed for the overall development of the Matang community. The level of education in the society is low. So society is far from the mainstream. In Matang community, MPSC, UPSC should form an officer class. The reading movement can be done through the library, social awareness and change can be done through the movement. The Matang community should cultivate the ideal thoughts of Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe and great men.
Ankita Shah gave valuable information about the current corona disease remedies and precautions to be taken by everyone. Anna Bhau Sathe's literature has been published in 27 languages of the world. There are two Tukaram in the world. One saint is Jagadguru Tukaram Maharaj, a saint in the spiritual realm, while the other is Tukaram alias Annabhau Sathe, a leading writer in literature. With his humanitarian thinking, we as human beings still help each other in this terrible disease like Corona with the feeling of being human, service-oriented, ethical value, value of life. On behalf of Indapur Municipal Council to increase the reading culture when the world gets through the literature of Anna Bhau Sathe. Lokshahir Dr. Annabhau Sathe Library is being started.
