Indapur:The Mumbai High Court on Monday (Dec. 3) quashed the notice issued by the government to the Dudhganga Milk Producers' Co-operative Union in Indapur, stating that the notice issued by the government was illegal and politically motivated. In the verdict letter, Tashree has clearly mentioned that the Mumbai High Court had put political pressure on the concerned Dairy Development Minister to issue a notice. Meanwhile, the collection of Dudhganga Sangh is increasing daily and the collection on Tuesday (Dec. 5) was 42,000 liters. Harshvardhan Patil, founder of the association and former co-operation minister, informed about the verdict of the Mumbai High Court at the office of Dudhganga Milk Producers Co-operative Union in Indapur on Wednesday. He handed over a copy of the court's verdict to reporters.
The state government had appointed Maharashtra Advocate General Kumbhakarni to fight in the High Court against the taluka level Dudhganga Dudh Sangh. The court asked them under which clause a notice can be issued for bankruptcy of Dudh Sangh? Dudhganga Dudh Sangh has violated which law? Did the milk team go wrong? If so, submit proof. Advocates for the Dudhganga Dudh Sangh argued in court.
In its judgment, the High Court said that the government had issued a notice to the Dudhganga Dudh Sangh due to political motives and pressure, when milk was an essential commodity and the Dudhganga Dudh Sangh had signed a global brand Amul. The High Court decided to quash the notice issued by the Minister of State for political revenge, abusing his ministerial powers. Welcoming the verdict of the Mumbai High Court, Harshvardhan Patil said that the verdict was historic and revolutionary.
I was a minister for 20 years, but I never took deliberate action against the opposition. The truth has prevailed with the court's decision. Ministers who are the people's representatives of the taluka should be aware that power is changing. Dudhganga Dudh Sangh Who issued the notice for liquidation? The public needs to know this. Harshvardhan Patil also urged the Minister of State to set up at least one co-operative society in the taluka and not to create obstacles in the co-operative societies of others. On this occasion, President of Dudhganga Dudh Sangh Mangesh Patil, Vice President Uttam Jadhav and prominent office bearers of Indapur taluka were present. The team's executive director S.K. Kulkarni reviewed the progress of Dudh Sangh.

Tashree serious matter on state ministers!
---------------------------------------
Regardless of the legal provisions, the Dairy Development Department, as the minister of the department is a political opponent of Harshvardhan Patil, misused his position and issued a notice to the Dudhganga Dudh Sangh for political motives, the court said in its judgment. The High Court's scrutiny of the government's Minister of State is being taken seriously. The court's ruling will have far-reaching consequences.
